It is a gel called Eroxon, and has been clinically proven to work for people with mild to severe erectile dysfunction.

What is Eroxon and how does it work?

Eroxon is made by Futura Medical, a pharmaceutical company based in the UK.

Eroxon is applied to the head of the penis, where the gel evaporates, with this evaporation stimulates vascular and neural nerve endings by rapidly cooling and warming the area. This triggers the release of nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels, therefore increasing blood flow to the penis and causing an erection.

The release of nitric oxide is also how other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments such as Viagra work, but they have the disadvantage of relaxing blood vessels in the entire body, since they are taken orally and not applied directly. A man has been arrested after police said he has been using Viagra to boost his performance and has been taking it to boost his stamina.

He is believed to be planning to buy the drug from a pharmaceutical company, according to the New South Wales Police.

The arrested man was originally arrested at a convenience store in Grosvenor Street, while police say he was working a night shift.
